Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
My telephone number is 07881 127885 and you can call, text or Whatsapp me.
If less than 24 hours notice is given I will invoice you for the full treatment price and no refunds of any monies paid or vouchers will be given except in emergency circumstances.

There are certain conditions where I would please ask you to reschedule your appointment....

  • If you have cuts or injury to your feet
  • if you have had vomiting or diarrhoea within 48 hours of the appointment. (morning sickness excluded!)
  • if you have a fever, a sore throat, contagious cough or flu like symptoms
  • if you have DVT or symptoms that could point to DVT.
  • Any fungal infection on your foot or nails.
  • if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy.

If you have a genuine emergency on the day of your appointment and cannot attend, please give as much notice as possible on the number above. We can reschedule your appointment to another time or in some emergency situations then I will refund any monies paid for that session.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be shortened so that we finish at the same time as originally expected (e.g., one hour after your appointment start time). Refunds, partial refunds, and discounts won’t be given if you arrive late for your appointment.
